About

Hi, my name is Dielle and I’m turning 40 this year. I’ve always loved fashion and consider myself to be very creative. That’s why I started a blog – to share my sense of fashion and ideas with others.

I was born and raised in Brazil, which is a beautiful country with rich culture, amazing food, and friendly people. However, it wasn’t always that way for me. When I was younger, I struggled a lot at school. My parents were separated, and it was very rough growing up having my father living here in Japan while I was there in Brazil living with my mom. But despite all the challenges I faced as a kid, I never lost sight of my dream to live in Japan one day. And eventually, my dreams came true!

I remember admiring the fashion magazines that my aunt was collecting at the moment. At such an early age, I knew the names of fashion houses that none of my friends my age knew about. When I was 13 years old, I started making jewelry and crochet handbags to wear at school. What I wanted to wear wasn’t accessible to me at that time, so making the bags and jewelry was one form of expression that helped me show off my creativity.

I left Brazil on my early 20’s and started a new journey in a small countryside city in Shizuoka. After 4 years living in Japan I met the love of my life and after 2.5 years we moved to the United States where I lived for 11 years. It was time to be back to Japan and now I am back here and excited about the new journey that just started.

Fast forward a few years later, I’m still doing what I love–creating accessories out of different materials like leather and other textiles. However, now I work with different textures and materials to create pieces that are timeless and classic. My goal is to inspire others with my creations, and help them feel confident in whatever they choose to wear.

These days, I’m really happy living in Japan. It’s such a beautiful country with so much history and culture. Every day is a new adventure for me, and I love sharing my experiences thru my social media outlets.

The Japanese streets and culture is an inspiration and comes back to my ancestry. My Japanese grandma is a seamstress and artisan she is 96 years old and was sewing until couple years ago. When I was 8 years old, she showed me how to sew fabrics together with a needle and thread – it was something that fascinated me then, and still does to this day. Sewing has been passed down for many generations in my family, so it feels only natural for me to continue this tradition as an artisan myself.

I want all women to be empowered by their bodies and feel confident in who they are. And I believe the best way to do this is by showing them that it’s okay to be unapologetic about who you are – just like me.

So come join me on this journey as I explore different trends and fashion styles – both new and old. Stay tuned for more!
